A stunning waterfront home in Oyster Bay has broken the record for the highest sale price in the area, selling prior to auction for an impressive sum.

41 Juvenis Avenue in Oyster Bay has sold for a whopping $5.69 million, breaking the area record of $4.65 million, which was achieved for another property in October 2022.

The 1,100sqm property, which was sold by leading prestige property agency Highland, generated a staggering 190 buyer enquiries, with 72 buyer inspections and 18 repeat buyer inspections.

The architecturally designed home is situated on a coveted waterfront position, boasting picturesque 180-degree water views over the Georges River and Coronation Bay.

The luxurious tri level six-bedroom home features high-quality finishes throughout and a selection of living and outdoor entertaining areas including an open plan family living and dining area – plus downstairs rumpus with kitchenette.

The jewel in the crown is the striking resort inspired salt-water infinity pool, spa, and outdoor shower, which are bordered by sprawling landscaped gardens with an automated irrigation system and deep waterfront facilities with jetty, pontoon, and boatshed.

During the sales campaign, 17 contracts were requested whilst the property generated intense interest, with 16 offers made before it was eventually sold prior to auction.

Highland agent, Sarah Street, says the record-breaking sale price demonstrates the strength of the Sydney property market and the desirability of waterfront living in the Oyster Bay area.

“The record-breaking sale of 41 Juvenis Avenue is a direct testament to the strength of the Sydney property market,” said Mrs Street.

“Despite challenges imposed by interest rate rises, demand for high-quality properties in sought-after locations has remained robust throughout Sydney, with many buyers willing to pay a premium for their dream home.

“The new buyer has certainly secured a rare gem with this purchase.”
