The five-day festival – supported by Tweed Shire Council and promoted by Destination Tweed – handpicks the best of the region’s producers, chefs, farmers and eateries to offer an exclusive insight into the organic people, place and produce of the Northern Rivers. The weekend offers the ultimate experience of exploring a community built on food-rich landscapes and a collective appreciation of the growers and creators that feed the Tweed.

The schedule has been curated to showcase some of the finest Northern Rivers producers infused with the influence of global flavours.
