It’s a fine art and master jeweller Ben Lucas is the creator.
The art of handmade jewellery is an enviable craft and there are a chosen few who have the unique ability to create such quality craftsmanship.
A combination of expertise, an innate ability to understand exactly what his clients desire and a passion for creating fine jewellery has generated a buzz behind Ben, the creative mastermind behind Just B Jewellery Shop in Tedder Avenue, Main Beach.
Every step of the creation is a thoughtful and purposeful process.
“Nothing makes me happier than when my clients see their new creation for the first time. It’s why I do what I do,” he says, smiling.
Since opening his manufacturing boutique in November 2020, Ben’s skill for handmade craftsmanship has become the talk of the town. He has rapidly grown a reputation for having an eye for exceptional detail and design and for sourcing the ideal gems for his clients.
What’s his favourite piece to date?
“I recently finished a Butterfly Ring with a moving mechanism and 270 diamonds set in the wings,” he says, laughing. “I would say it’s certainly been the most challenging to date.”
