The vessel was displayed at the recent Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in conjunction with Neptune Oceanic, who offer a shared superyacht ownership experience.

Ocean Alexander continues to experience strong sales across all three of their model ranges, and also have an exciting new model to debut later this year. The diversity of the range sets Ocean Alexander part from the rest, catering to the various segments of the superyacht market with a strong emphasis on user experience.

Neptune Oceanic specialise in shared superyacht ownership, private vessel acquisition and vessel management and are offering a select few a rare opportunity to indulge in shared ownership of the luxurious Ocean Alexander 28E. This exclusive program is launching in August and is unlike any other in Australia.

Built from a deep passion to bring the superyacht lifestyle to Australia, Neptune Oceanic’s directors have over 40 years of combined experience in European superyacht operations and high-end hospitality.

SUGGESTED ITINERARY
Harbour, Hawkesbury River, Gold Coast, Moreton Bay, Whitsundays, Great Barrier Reef, The Kimberley, New Caledonia, Vanuatu and Fiji as well as other local and international destinations.

OWNERSHIP DETAILS
• Maximum of 6 owners
• 3 year ownership term
• 6 exclusive weeks per year per owner
• 8 weeks reserved for charter to offset running expenses
• 4 professional full time crew: Captain, Chef, Steward/Stewardess and Deckhand
At the end of the term, the vessel will be sold into the US market at an expected 10 – 20% premiumand the respective share value distributed to the owners. Owners are then able to join one of theirnew yacht programs.

CHARTER REVENUE
• 8 weeks per year available for charter.
• Charter rates achievable of $120,000+ per week.
• All income to be used toward annual running costs.
• Annual P&L and next year budget presented for all owners by PwC.

The main deck houses the full beam on-deck master featuring a king-size island bed, luxurious ensuite, walk-in robe and a stargazing curved glass panel.

Lower deck accommodation consists of a forward VIP cabin featuring a queen size bed and walk-in robe, a set of mirrored mid-ship cabins each featuring a queen size island bed and lastly, a starboard guest cabin with sideby-side twin beds that can slide together to form another double cabin. All cabins have their own private luxurious ensuites.

Aft crew accommodation features two crew cabins (one double bed cabin + second cabin with two single bunks). Each voyage can sleep 8 guests in 6 star luxury.
