Inspired by the breathtaking resorts on property JW Garden, we are delighted to present an exquisite High Tea experience crafted and presented by renowned Chef Peter Kuruvita and JW Marriott Gold Coast Executive Chef Paul Smart.

This spring inspired cuisine features a series of delectable high tea dishes that pay homage to the abundant array of herbs, fruits, and edible flowers cultivated in the JW Garden. To complement the culinary journey, we have curated a selection of unique Dilmah teas.

Guests can look forward to mouthwatering delights including:

  • Chargrilled pepper chicken en croute, Bombay fruit chaat with Dilmah lychee and ginger dressing
  • Red berry open choux
  • Grilled sea scallop, sautéed spinach with Davidson plum and yuzu butter
  • Smoked duck tart with freeze-dried raspberry and vincotto

The series will commence on Saturday, August 12th with a Spring fruit inspired menu, followed by florals and herbs in September and October.
