The luxury apartment project 26 Vista is fast heading toward a construction start after a stellar sales run to the tune of $170 million.

26 Vista Surfers Paradise has emerged as the top choice for Gold Coast buyers, achieving the highest sales volume of any other project during the final quarter of 2023.

The $500 million project sold a total of 46 apartments for a total value of more than $60 million – almost double that of any other Gold Coast apartment project.

26 Vista’s location in the Gold Coast’s most active precinct, and its strong sales reflected the continued strong demand for apartments across the Gold Coast.

26 Vista is being developed by Malaysian conglomerate MRCB and has only been in the market for a year.  The project is being marketed by Matt George of national sales and marketing agency, Urban Activation.

Mr George said the sales in 26 Vista reflected a strong flight to quality and would continue its strong sales run into an anticipated construction start mid-year.

“Buyers recognise the unparalleled value in the beachside location accompanied with the unprecedented level of finishes that 26 Vista brings to the Gold Coast”, said Mr George.

“The mix of buyers we’ve seen have been from Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, continuing to show keen interest in 26 Vista, and we anticipate an increase in downsizers to progress”, said Mr George.

“The strong demand in sales and enquiries we’ve experienced are a testament to MRCB’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the property development sector”, said Mr George.

“We are eager to announce the builder and take the next crucial step towards bringing this visionary project to life.”
