David Devine lodges plans for large amalgamated beachfront site at North Burleigh

Leading Australian property developer David Devine, founder and managing director of DD Living, has lodged a development application for a $400 million luxury residential apartment development in North Burleigh that will replace and improve on his existing sold-out apartment building Alba, following the acquisition of a neighbouring site.
The amalgamation of the two prime sites at 264 and 266-268 The Esplanade in North Burleigh on the Gold Coast has given Mr Devine and his team at DD Living a rare opportunity to create a more expansive, premium apartment development to deliver a better outcome for existing purchasers.
An opportunity to buy the 1012sqm site next to their current Alba development, also 1012sqm, presented DD Living with an exciting new plan to amalgamate them into a 2024sqm site, taking advantage of the double site and 40m of frontage overlooking the beach.
