Enjoy the rich aromas of Thai cuisine at Citrique’s award-winning flavour buffet, Tastes of Thai, commencing Friday 3rd March.
Experience JW Marriott’s Thai Chefs showcasing authentic Thai recipes passed down through generations.
In addition, a variety of fresh foods and flavours including locally harvested seafood for the ultimate sea to table experience.
Favourites include prawn pad Thai, lamb Massaman, cashew chicken and red duck curry, while ocean treasures include natural oysters, Mooloolaba tiger prawns, spanner crabs and Moreton Bay bugs. Land lovers enjoy a wonderful choice of artisan antipasto, succulent roasts, Asian inspired dishes, wood-fired pizza and European classics.
