Celebrate the annual day of giving thanks with Citrique’s award-winning flavour buffet.
Experience Thanksgiving delicacies with JW’s Chefs showcasing authentic flavours, in addition a variety of fresh foods and flavours including locally harvested seafood for the ultimate sea to table experience. Favourites include roast turkey with cranberry sauce, honey baked ham, roasted vegetable medley, sage and chestnut stuffing, cobb salad, pumpkin pie, pecan pie and more.
Ocean treasures include Pacific oysters, Mooloolaba tiger prawns, spanner crab, green lip mussels and Hervey Bay scallops. Land lovers enjoy a wonderful choice of artisan antipasto, succulent roasts, Asian inspired dishes, wood-fired pizza and European classics.
