With every project he takes on, 5Point Projects founder and managing director Damian Dove draws on the discipline of working for Tier One developers while injecting his own flair for design to create residential icons that stand the test of time.

Rejecting the cookie-cutter approach to development by larger corporations, and the hours spent in boardrooms, Mr Dove has found his niche in creating award-winning projects such as One Palm Beach and One Burleigh Headland, Perspective Two Sea at Palm Beach along with his newest developments Ophira Palm Beach and Faro at Broadbeach.

5Point Projects was founded in 2015, originally as a contract builder, and since then the business has forged strong relationships with developers who were attracted to Mr Dove’s 20-year executive experience with some of the country’s biggest developers.
