THE OASIS TO HOST MAJOR HEALTH & WELLNESS OPEN DAY WITH OVER 125 FREE FITNESS CLASS PLACES AVAILABLE!
Gold Coast locals are invited to discover one of the city’s leading health and wellness destinations as The Oasis Shopping Centre hosts its biggest Health & Wellness Open Day on Saturday 20 June 2026.
With more than 125 free fitness class spaces available across four of the Centre’s leading fitness operators, the Open Day offers a unique opportunity for visitors to trial a variety of workouts, explore new wellness experiences and connect with health-focused businesses all under one roof.
Participating fitness operators include F45, Studio Pilates, Balance360 and Club Lime, with a range of complimentary sessions designed to suit all fitness levels. From high-energy functional training and strength-based workouts to reformer pilates and holistic wellness programs, the Open Day showcases the diverse health and fitness offering available at The Oasis.
Guests can register for free classes via Eventbrite, with places expected to fill quickly due to strong demand.
Oasis Centre Manager Tammy Kahler said the Open Day was designed to encourage people to experience firsthand the outstanding fitness and wellness businesses that call The Oasis home
“The Oasis has evolved into a true health and wellness destination, with an incredible mix of gyms, fitness studios, healthy dining options and wellness providers all located within the Centre,” Ms Kahler said.
“Our Open Day is about opening the doors to the community and giving people the opportunity to try something new, meet local fitness professionals and experience the positive energy that exists throughout The Oasis.”
As a bonus for visitors attending the Open Day, The Oasis will also be running its Health & Wellness Spin-to-Win activation across Friday and Saturday. Participants who complete 10,000 steps can visit the activation area and spin for the chance to win their share of more than $10,000 in health and wellness prizes.
Prizes include fitness memberships, gym passes, wellness treatments, healthy meals, smoothies, coffees, beauty services, massage experiences, and active lifestyle products from participating retailers throughout the Centre.
Ms Kahler said the Open Day perfectly reflects the Centre’s commitment to supporting healthy and active lifestyles within the local community.

The Oasis Health & Wellness Open Day takes place on Saturday 20 June 2026, with free classes available throughout the morning and the Spin-to-Win activation running from 11am to 2pm.
