Paul Little AO

Chairman – Little Projects, Entrepreneur and Philanthropist

Paul Little is Chairman and Founder of the Little Group, which incorporates Little Projects, the developer behind the luxury new beachside development, Signature Broadbeach.

Paul is the former Managing Director of Toll Holdings, former Chairman of Essendon Football Club and in 2010 he was awarded an Officer of the Order of Australia for service to the development of the transport and logistics industries, and for service to the community through philanthropic support of sporting and medical research organisations.

What makes Signature Broadbeach different from other developments in the market at the moment?

No other residential development in this market offers the extent or quality amenity of Signature Broadbeach with its hotel-like services and residents’ facilities.

The location is fantastic, just metres from the beach. You have the opt-in/opt-out lifestyle choice – you’re in a residential building in a nice quiet street, while being just one block back from the centre of Broadbeach.

Buyers in Signature Broadbeach are getting a high-end product with ocean views from every apartment at an affordable price.

You have delivered over 2,000 apartments in the past decade, what’s the key to your success?

Our success is built on experience, active involvement, and a commitment to quality and innovation.

With every development we try to set a new benchmark for quality.

We are very proud of what we do and we try to leave a legacy with every project we complete.

When buyers see a Little Projects development, they can be confident they are making an astute investment in a quality building with the best features in the right location.

Why the Gold Coast?

The Gold Coast, and in particular Broadbeach was an easy investment decision for us. People want to buy on the Gold Coast.

I think that Broadbeach is quickly becoming the lifestyle epicentre of a city that’s really moving forward.

Add quality infrastructure like the Light Rail that makes getting around easy and you are onto a good thing.

The Oracle Precinct, The Star Casino redevelopment and Pacific Fair certainly add to the attraction of Broadbeach.

You love your football and you have been a significant contributor to the arts and medical research, why is this important to you?

We all have a responsibility to society beyond our business activities.

We take our community engagement seriously and in 2015 my wife Jane and I established the Hansen Little Foundation. The Foundation is more about targeted programs where we have extensive involvement in the design and impact of our investment.

The Foundation is a large-scale, active philanthropic undertaking that has the singular objective of leaving a legacy of significant and positive change.

We currently focus on education, theatre and addiction rehabilitation as a means of improving and enriching the community.

Our endeavours however, are certainly not restricted to those fields.
