The 64th Sydney Film Festival returns this year from Wednesday 7 June to Sunday 18 June!

Some further info on the 2017 Festival..

• 12 days, with more than 250 films, and over 150 festival guests from all over the world;

• A whirlwind of premieres, red-carpet openings, in-depth discussions, parties and a season of global and Australian cinema;

• Documentaries and feature films from international film festivals, including Cannes, Sundance and Berlinale; and some of Australia’s finest productions;

    The Festival takes place across Greater Sydney: at the State Theatre, Event Cinemas George Street, Dendy Opera Quays, Dendy Newtown, Skyline Drive-In Blacktown, Art Gallery of NSW, Hayden Orpheum Picture Palace Cremorne, Casula Powerhouse, the Festival Hub at Sydney Town Hall and SFF Outdoor Screen in Pitt Street Mall.

·         2017 also marks the 10th anniversary of the Official Competition, the prestigious Sydney Film Prize, a $63,000 cash prize.
