The 2024 Byron Bay Bluesfest

The Ocean Road Music team love the annual Byon Bay Bluesfest, always making our way south with music writers Steve and Estelle Hunt (plus daughter Holly) every Easter and making camp at beautiful Lennox Heads for the duration.

Our first stop is always Senoritas Mexican to catch up with long-time friends Marty and Trish Allen and get a belly full of the best Mexican Food money can buy !!!! This ensures we are ready for 5 days of Bluesfest.

We can always go back for more when needed. The big attraction for us this year was Jack Johnson on the Friday night with artist Matt Corby playing Friday night as well. The hardcore festival goers (Steve & Estelle) are still going as I load these photos to ORM online.

Special thanks to Chelsea Stevenson & the Ballina Airport for inviting us into the VIP Hanger to catch up with some of the head honchos and do a few interviews and take a few snaps.

As a photographer, I always find the people-watching at Bluesfest fascinating. The word ECLECTIC comes to mind. Until next year !!!!
