A golden-hour celebration at Catalina Restaurant and Bar for the Usher family’s newest 21-year-old

Mr & Mrs Ocean, Brian and Melissa Usher, hosted a memorable evening on 19 September to celebrate their son Hunter Roy Usher’s 21st birthday. The Catalina Restaurant and Bar function area provided the setting, and guests arrived at dusk as the sky turned gold over the Southport Broadwater. Family and friends gathered to mark the milestone, filling the room with laughter and warm wishes as the light faded across the water.

Catalina’s team catered the night with a generous menu of beautifully presented food, and the open bar kept the celebration flowing well into the evening. A personalised birthday cake from Mr Bake was the centrepiece. It was as impressive to look at as it was to eat, and it brought a fitting close to the night. Special thanks go to Catalina Restaurant and Bar for their hospitality and to Mr Bake for a cake that made the occasion even more special. Happy 21st, Hunter!
