Stage One sold out at masterplan community Riverina Gold Coast

Demand for house blocks in prime Central Gold Coast within minutes to the beach has contributed to the quick sell-out of Riverina Gold Coast Estate Stage One with all 26 lots sold since launching to the market in April.

Stage One of Riverina Gold Coast Estate, consisting of 26 lots sized from 280sqm to 500sqm with prices starting at $360,000, sold out to a wide range of demographics of purchasers wanting to build their dream home in a prime location within a masterplanned community that features exceptional resort amenities and direct access to the river.
