After recently setting a $20 million record for the sale of a Queensland penthouse, Brisbane-based developer Spyre Group has released the remaining two residences in its landmark Glasshouse collection at Burleigh Heads.

Glasshouse is the most exclusive development yet to be delivered by Spyre Group, offering full-floor penthouse style living across three levels in the Gold Coast’s most sought-after location.

The ultra-luxury residences sit on a rare north-facing site on Burleigh Hill at 10 Goodwin Terrace and offer coastal views that can never be built out.

Priced from $12 million, the final two residences each deliver expansive living spaces that are much larger than the average home with floor-to-ceiling glass facades that take advantage of the Gold Coast’s most famous surf break and the northern coastal views beyond.

Located in the heart of Australia’s undisputed lifestyle capital, Glasshouse has been crafted by Spyre Group to provide the ultimate Gold Coast beachfront address – a private sanctuary with all that Burleigh Heads has to offer right at its doorstep.

Nicholas Clydsdale of CBRE negotiated the $20 million sale of the Glasshouse penthouse earlier this month – a result which he says has set an impressive benchmark for the keynote Gold Coast suburb.

“If the penthouse sale revealed anything, it’s that there is certainly high-end demand for a superior level of design set in what is a truly a world class destination,” he said.

“The Glasshouse residences encapsulate the very essence of this location – with astounding view corridors, unrivalled design finishes and first-class inclusions that set this bespoke collection apart from anything seen before on the Gold Coast.”

Offering unrivalled scale, the superbly appointed residences feature designs that create breathtaking living spaces infused with hand-crafted natural materials. This impressive portfolio includes custom kitchen island benches and bathroom vanities sculpted with Italian stone, and one of a kind handblown lights by SOKTAS.  Individuality is enhanced through the combination of artisan flair and incredibly luxurious design detail.

The ground-floor Beach House spans 474sqm and offers breathtaking ocean views elevated by the Burleigh Headland. It features three ensuited bedrooms, the master suite complete with a full-sized spa style bathroom and dressing room. There is also a media room and dedicated wine cellar.

The Beach House has its own private, ground-floor courtyard with meal preparation spaces for alfresco dining and entertaining, and it comes with secure private garage parking for four cars.

Glasshouse has been designed to meet the new level of luxury that buyers are seeking at Burleigh Heads, represented by the record $20 million penthouse sale to an interstate buyer.

“The penthouse sale at Glasshouse has encouraged ongoing market acceptance of the project. We continue to field through genuine market enquiry which is a true testament to the project’s positioning within a bustling market.” said Daniel Laruccia, Director of Spyre Group.

“This collection of residences provides an incredibly rare purchasing opportunity, but has also uniquely allowed our team to create and market three distinctly individual residences that tick all criteria for the ultimate Gold Coast address.”

Glasshouse is the pinnacle of a series of successful projects undertaken by Spyre Group since it ventured out of its home market in Brisbane over four years ago. After debuting with Elysian Broadbeach, Spyre Group followed this up with Maya Kirra Beach, the soon to be completed Natura at Burleigh Heads, and Cala Dei at Coolangatta.
