I struggle to think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than eating the finest Greek cuisine with friends at the unique location of Miami Marketta. Simon Gloftis had the usual crack operation with sumptuous food and complementary wines arriving in typical Hellenika style. The day finished with some traditional Greek dancing. Called a ‘game-changer’ by Channel 9 Gold Coast, the Dolphin 1 unmanned life rescue device was launched by Mayor Tom Tate at the Southport Yacht Club. Put through its paces both out the front of the yacht club and then over on to the open surf, Dolphin 1 performed well.
