The Westin Brisbane opened its much-anticipated doors, bringing with it three new dining concepts. The Westin Brisbane’s food and beverage offerings embrace Westin’s Eat Well philosophy, delivering fresh, local produce with nutritious and healthy options, inspiring dining experiences, and stylish and bright interiors. The new city venues include Eden’s Table, the hotel’s signature restaurant; The Charles’, an aviation-inspired jazz bar that transitions from café by day to wine and cocktail bar by night; and The Nautilus, Brisbane’s first swim-up bar with panoramic views of the city.
