The drive out of Ferrari Brisbane’s showroom is always rather cheeky, saying goodbye to Franco and the team, all very serious and polite until the first corner of the side street when the enormous smile that instantly fills my face starts to appear as I absorb the pure luxury and craftsmanship of this unique supercar about to merge onto the M1 headed back to the Gold Coast.

I found myself quickly nestled into the long windy roads of Gilston, soon realizing the abundance of horsepower readily available at the touch of my toes. To be exact, 680hp or 507kw. Taking the car from 0-100 in 3.4s through a 7 speed transmission – and I forgot to mention the whole roof is panoramic glass which is a rather amazing feature. 

Meticulous attention to design and carefully executed detailing has produced a cabin that is a flawless triumph of sporty luxury.
