Sherpa Property Group has sold-out of its $36 million collection of boutique beachfront residences mere weeks after the rapid sell-out of its neighbouring sister project Perspective 488 in the Gold Coast’s highly desirable enclave of Palm Beach.

The nine-sprawling full-floor residences were snatched up without the project even officially launching to market, with apartments selling from $3.5 million to $4.75 million.

Led by Queensland real estate identity Christie Leet, Sherpa Property Group fast tracked Perspective Two Sea to the market as the much-anticipated sister project to the company’s hugely successful $35 million Perspective 488 development which sold out in an impressive three months.

“We are blown away by the response to our second Palm Beach development and are incredibly grateful to have found residents for each of our Perspective Two Sea apartments,” said Mr Leet.

“It’s extremely rewarding to have our project so eagerly received by buyers, and we can’t wait to start bringing our future residents’ homes to life.”

Leveraging off the enormous level of buyer interest for Perspective 488, Perspective Two Sea seized the attention of buyers from across the South Pacific, with prospective residents located in Sydney, NZ, Melbourne, alongside Gold Coast and Brisbane locals.

The stunningly lavish but laidback developments will offer residents a combined 50m of beach frontage with superb coastal vistas from Coolangatta to Surfers Paradise that cannot be built out.

“Our vision from the outset was to create a unique and stylish collection of luxury residences that offered a new ‘perspective’ in beach-front living,” said Mr Leet.

“Blending seamlessly with the eclectic seaside vibe and laidback lifestyle that Palm Beach is renowned for, we’ve taken an innovative but considered approach to both developments, combining bespoke design with the unparalleled beachfront location.”

Traditional views about beachfront living are dramatically challenged by Perspective’s full-floor residences, with sprawling floor plans bringing full-floor penthouse luxury to every level so lifestyle is never constrained by lack of space.

Sherpa Property Group’s innovative design rejects the standard “quantity” approach, instead creating a bespoke residence that delivers equity in the property for the buyer, from the moment they take the keys.

Close to the cosmopolitan hubs of Burleigh Heads and Broadbeach lies Perspective Two Sea in Palm Beach, where golden sands meet blue waters of the Pacific Ocean and Tallebudgera Creek, against the backdrop of Burleigh Headland.

“It’s a real hidden beachfront gem with the best of both worlds — all the charm of the Gold Coast of yesteryear as well as the urban chic and sophistication of the thriving modern city it has become,” said Mr Leet, a property industry veteran with a sharp eye for the trends of Queensland’s coastal lifestyle market.

With the sizeable wave of demand for high-end beachfront residences still rolling across the Gold Coast, Sherpa Property Group wasted no time in lodging the development application for Two Sea Perspective.

“It was our quickest lodgement to date,” said Mr Leet. “We lodged the DA just five weeks after acquiring the site at 2C Twenty Seventh Avenue, Palm Beach.”

“We take a unique approach to design for low-density developments and have acquired these excellent sites that makes these locations work instead of over-developing.”

Located next door at 488 The Esplanade, its sold out sister project Perspective 488 will comprise seven luxurious full-floor apartments, a beach villa and three freehold beach homes. All buyers, except one interstate party, were local residents from Palm Beach and Burleigh looking to upgrade their lifestyles.

Perspective 488 was originally approved for 37 apartments but only features an exclusive 11 residences. Perspective Two Sea was also originally approved for 18 apartments but will include 9 full-floor residences.
