SHERPA PROPERTY GROUP sells out of $35 Million PERSPECTIVE 488 at PALM BEACH in three month

Sherpa Property Group has captured a wave of demand for luxurious residences along the Gold Coast beachfront at Palm Beach by achieving a sell-out of its $35 million Perspective 488 development within just three months of releasing it to the market.

The company, led by Queensland real estate identity Christie Leet, has shown impeccable timing for locals looking to step up to a new level of costal living with Perspective 488 offering a unique blend of seven luxurious full-floor apartments, a beach villa and three freehold beach homes in an absolute beachfront location.
