Niecon marked the launch of its $168 million foreshore project with an on-site event at Marine Parade on 30 September

Niecon Developments officially launched Reflections on the Broadwater on Tuesday 30 September 2026, hosting the event on the project site at 410–412 Marine Parade, Biggera Waters. The launch introduced the $168 million boutique residential project to the market, bringing forward 90 luxury residences across 14 levels on one of the last significant waterfront landholdings along this stretch of the Broadwater. Designed in collaboration with interior design studio Tom Mark Henry and Brisbane architecture practice Kris Kowalski Architects, the collection comprised 68 two-bedroom homes and 22 larger three-bedroom + MPR residences, each positioned to capture uninterrupted water views and direct foreshore access.

The launch reflected the third-generation Niecon family’s long-standing commitment to the northern Gold Coast, with the company acting as both developer and builder to maintain oversight from design through to settlement. Residents were set to enjoy an exclusive wellness circuit featuring a resort-style heated pool, gymnasium, hot and cold plunge pools, sauna and yoga lawn. Apartment prices started from $1.16 million for a two-bedroom residence and $2,195,000 for three-bedroom + MPR homes, with construction scheduled to begin in November 2026 and completion anticipated in December 2028.
