Positioned at 1156–1164 Gold Coast Highway, the 2,050sqm site currently houses a collection of convenience retail outlets. Now, it is set to transform into a thoughtfully designed mixed-use destination that reflects the changing face of one of the Gold Coast’s most in-demand coastal suburbs.

The acquisition forms part of a broader $30.5 million investment across two Palm Beach sites, reinforcing Sherpa Group’s long-term confidence in the area.
