Odyssey jingles into the festive season with Christmas Market

Senior residents at Odyssey Lifestyle Care Communities are donning Santa hats and decking the halls as they gear up to kickstart the festive season with a spectacular Christmas Market extravaganza.

The event, scheduled for Thursday 30 November, promises to be a holly-jolly affair, with an array of stalls, delicious food and drink, handcrafted treasures, local goodies, cheerful decorations, arts, crafts, a visit from Santa and live entertainment.

Odyssey founder and CEO Phil Usher says the holiday season is all about creating magical moments and appreciating the spirit of community and connection.

“Our Christmas Market is not just a celebration for our residents, it’s also an opportunity for the entire community to come together, have fun and enjoy a spot of Christmas shopping,” says Mr Usher.

“It can be difficult for some of our residents to get to the markets, which is what inspired us to hold our own, so we are thrilled to open our doors and welcome everyone to enjoy this free and fun community event.

“Our events calendar is bursting with vibrant activities and this event is a testament to our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional and engaging experience for our residents.”

Odyssey’s Christmas Night Markets will be held on Thursday 30th November from 5.00PM to 8.00PM, located in the alfresco and garden area at 1 The Crestway, Robina.

The Odyssey model is built around a resort style environment where couples stay together, pets are welcome, grandkids can have sleepovers and most importantly, the dignity, independence and wellbeing of residents are highly respected.
