Hirsch & Faigen have unfolded a new chapter in Broadbeach with their latest residential project The Eveleigh, where lifestyle and wellness anchor the development.
In a market often defined by spectacle and scale, The Eveleigh in Broadbeach represents a shift toward considered, lifestyle-focused living.

Developed by Melbourne-based Hirsch & Faigen as their fourth major Gold Coast project, the development reflects the growing demand for homes where wellness, location, and liveability guide every decision – delivering what the developer describes as affordable luxury.
“Buyer sentiment is shifting,” says Matt George, Director of Sales at Hirsch & Faigen. “They are no longer just looking for an apartment, but a lifestyle where they can relax, reset, and enjoy a balanced way of living. That’s what The Eveleigh is about.”
As one of the most active interstate developers on the Gold Coast, Hirsch & Faigen have quickly established a reputation for boutique, owner-occupier-focused projects. The Eveleigh builds on the success of previous developments, including The Hemingway Palm Beach, The Emerson Kirra, and Yves Mermaid Beach, refining the group’s approach with a focus on wellness, connectivity, and long-term liveability.
By combining considered design with a deep understanding of lifestyle, Hirsch & Faigen has created a building that feels personal, elevated and connected. Poised to rise 30 levels, The Eveleigh will feature 94 apartments, with a maximum of four residences per floor. This boutique arrangement enhances privacy and light, allowing residents to enjoy a sense of space and calm uncommon in larger towers.

Designed by Rothelowman, the apartments are available in two plus multipurpose room and three-bedroom configurations, each oriented to maximise ocean views. Full-height glazing and bay windows draw the horizon into living spaces, connecting residents to the rhythm of the coast and reinforcing the building’s wellness-led philosophy.
Its location at 7–9 Surf Parade complements this design philosophy. The Eveleigh sits in the heart of Broadbeach, offering a rare combination of convenience and coastal calm.
Residents are within walking distance of public transport, the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, cafés, restaurants, and green spaces, while the iconic Gold Coast shoreline is just a short stroll away. This connectivity allows residents to integrate the beach and outdoor living into daily routines, creating a lifestyle that blends activity with relaxation, convenience with tranquillity.

Heralding a new chapter in coastal living, the building’s amenities have been curated to support both wellness and everyday lifestyle.
A resort-style pool offers a private space for exercise and leisure, while a sauna and ice bath provide opportunities for recovery and restoration. A yoga garden encourages mindfulness and outdoor activity, complemented by a private gym for year-round fitness. For socialising, working, or quiet reflection, residents have access to a private lounge and rooftop dining area, offering versatile, elegant spaces that elevate the living experience while fostering connection and community.

“The amenities at The Eveleigh have been meticulously designed with residents in mind,” Mr George explains. “Every space, from the rooftop dining to the yoga garden and pool, is intended to support daily living and wellbeing. It’s about creating an environment where residents can truly slow down, recharge, and enjoy life at their own pace.”

Currently under construction by Maxcon and expected to be completed in 2028, The Eveleigh combines limited apartments per floor, panoramic ocean views, thoughtfully curated wellness amenities, and a prime Broadbeach location to set a new benchmark for boutique coastal living.
