An exciting new café and dining experience has opened its doors on the ground floor of the recently-completed contemporary nine-storey apartment tower The Wellington in East Brisbane.
Di Bella Coffee founder Phillip Di Bella and business partner Mina Ali have joined forces with a combined 40 years of experience in the Australian coffee industry to launch their new Italian-inspired coffee roasting, café and dining venture called Min & Co. Min & Co is the first of several retail and dining outlets to open at the new The Wellington
apartment tower right in the hub of East Brisbane’s vibrant culture with boutique cafes, stores, bars and The Gabba sports stadium all within walking distance.
The Wellington is a newly-completed apartment building with 127 one and two bedroom apartments across nine stories, featuring a rooftop pool and entertainment area with breathtaking city views, a podium level garden and recreation area, and a boutique retail and dining precinct on the ground floor.

Mina said The Wellington, designed with a combination of chic modern aesthetic and stylish inner-city living, was the perfect fit for Min & Co.
“We’ve had an amazing first few weeks. Thanks to everyone who came down to support us, including the new residents at The Wellington,” she said.
“We created Min & Co to be a relaxed, social and entertaining space with a strong community feel, offering classic breakfasts and unique dining experiences.”
Total Property Group Managing Director and Marketing Manager for The Wellington, Adrian Parsons, said Min & Co was the first tenant to open on the ground floor of The Wellington, which was designed to contribute to the area’s growth by complementing East Brisbane’s boutique retail and foodie culture.

“The Wellington apartment building is an ideal location for retailers like Min & Co, with the area drawing a broad demographic of people seeking the convenience of inner-city living,” he said.
“Many of our buyers are attracted to inner city apartments for the advantage of having retail, dining and entertainment precincts on their doorsteps – The Wellington takes this concept to
the next level by providing an upscale boutique retail precinct on the ground floor. “With construction completed and residents now moving in to The Wellington, it has been ideal having Min & Co open on the ground floor where they can grab a good coffee in the morning and meet up with friends.
Min & Co roaststheir own specialty coffee, and the casual-dining eatery is being well received by The Wellington residents and the public who enjoy participating in cultural culinary experiences on a weekly basis.

Open for breakfast and lunch every day of the week, Min & Co stays open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings for special dinner feasts designed to give diners true family-style hospitality by combining amazing flavours, exceptional service and connection through food.
Potential residents still have the opportunity to become part of The Wellington community, with a limited number of stylish luxury one and two-bedroom apartments available starting from $339,000.
The Wellington has a limited number of apartments left for sale starting from $339,000 with purchasers able to move in, now that construction has been completed.
