Innovative design and resort-style amenities converge in Chevron Island’s most anticipated development.
Situated in the heart of Chevron Island, Nera will soon redefine the benchmark for luxury living. Bastion Development Group, in collaboration with leading local and international partners, has assembled a world-class team to bring Nera to life. Architectural firms PLUS and BDA, along with renowned architect Joe Snell, are the visionaries behind Nera’s iconic design. Its graceful curves and organic form will add a sense of movement and elegance, while the reflective glass facade will mirror its surroundings, dynamically changing with the light. Interior designer Issa Shnoudi of Paradigm Design Studio has shaped the building’s unique character, ensuring that elegance and functionality are seamlessly woven into every space.
Designed for both convenience and elegance, Nera’s residence lounge will serve as an inviting space for social gatherings or quiet reflection. Meanwhile, Nera’s private dining room and select high-end kitchens, have been enhanced by the creative touch of Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin, who partnered with Living Dream Kitchens to create spaces that are as beautiful as they are practical, offering the perfect setting for hosting intimate events.
A key highlight of Nera will be its rooftop infinity pool, which will provide stunning views of the coastline and city skyline. This exclusive retreat will allow residents to relax under the sun, socialise, or indulge in the spa pools, designed for hydrotherapy and private relaxation. Complementing these features, the state-of-the-art
gym – complete with inspiring hinterland views — will encourage residents to prioritise both physical and mental well-being.
To further enhance the indoor-outdoor connection, Nera’s architecture will feature generous outdoor living spaces. The rooftop terraces, complete with palm trees and expansive views, will provide a peaceful escape from the bustle of city life. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls and curved lines will
