MULPHA records unprecedented demand for LUXURY Harbour One Apartments at Sanctuary Cove

Mulpha’s continued investment in the upgrading of Sanctuary Cove has seen the bringing to market of an ultra-luxury waterfront apartment offering resulting in more than 800 inquiries in the lead-up to the official launch.

In what is a clear sign of a red-hot residential apartment market in Australia, Mulpha has been swamped by potential purchasers interested in the first 15 of 47 waterfront apartments and townhouses.

With the launch of Harbour One, Mulpha Sanctuary Cove has taken the wraps off a suite of stunning and spacious harbourside residences designed for a sophisticated waterfront lifestyle.

Positioned within a new residential precinct on the marina’s edge, south of the Sanctuary Cove Resort and Village, Harbour One will ultimately comprise of 47 residences with the first stage comprising of 15 residences. Tomkins has been awarded the construction contract with works commencing in June with an expected completion in early 2023.

Harbour One, set over four levels, delivers a refined exterior that features a blend of natural stone and concrete, with carved building edges adding a sense of movement and articulation, all enhanced by crisp edges and fine lines.

The latest addition to Sanctuary Cove’s luxe residential offering will deliver a suite of new apartments in three-bedroom and four-bedroom designs, as well as two-bedroom layouts with an additional media room.

Designed to capture open marina vistas, garden views and sea breezes via louvred windows and large balconies, each apartment will bring modern elegance to the fore with a focus on providing intimate openings to each of the green landscaped areas.

Apartments will feature fully vitrified glazed porcelain floors or engineered timber floorboards, with twist-pile carpets in the bedrooms and ducted air-conditioning throughout, complemented by ceiling fans in the living rooms and bedrooms.

The gourmet kitchens have been crafted with premium cabinetry and natural stone benchtops and splashbacks, fitted throughout with Smeg appliances including integrated dishwasher, oven, speed oven, gas cooktop and rangehood, a Fisher & Paykel integrated refrigerator and an under-bench wine fridge.

Bathrooms feature an in-wall shower mixer with detachable shower head amid a frameless glass shower screen, plus custom-designed vanity with a natural stone splashback. The master ensuite will have an elegant free-standing bath.

All apartments will be fitted with colour-screen video intercom and a panic button connected directly with Sanctuary Cove security.

Harbour One has been designed to complement the existing marine village with a layout that connects directly to the active boat harbour and all it has to offer with a host of retail, dining and entertainment facilities.

Access to the village will be enhanced by a travertine boardwalk through lush sub-tropical landscaping setting, with private pathways leading to individual residences. This has been designed to provide residents with a curated arrival sequence that weaves towards the water’s edge.

Sanctuary Cove is Australia’s largest and most prestigious master-planned community, home to some of the most diverse waterfront, golf course and parkside residential house and land options.

It is one of the last remaining developments in Australia that offers an exemption from Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) restrictions, allowing overseas buyers to invest in vacant land without assessment.
