This year marks a significant milestone for Main Beach Property Services (MBPS), as the boutique agency celebrates 15 years as a trusted cornerstone of the local community. Since opening in 2010, MBPS has become synonymous with personalised service, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to Main Beach and its residents.

Founded by Annette Sinclair and her late husband, Carl, the agency grew from their shared experience on the “buying side” of real estate — a perspective that shaped their vision to reimagine local property services. They set out to build an agency grounded in honesty, transparency, and a level of service that exceeded expectations. Fifteen years on, that founding philosophy remains at the heart of every interaction. MBPS is proud to have assisted hundreds of locals, investors, and newcomers in finding their place within the community.

Growth followed naturally. In 2011, the company expanded into property management with the launch of MBPS Property Management, and by 2018, a second office dedicated solely to rentals was opened. As the agency evolved, it relocated three times to accommodate increasing demand, most recently in 2020 settling into a prominent corner position on Tedder Avenue. Today, its striking digital window displays illuminate day and night, showcasing homes and highlighting the agency’s continued investment in innovation and presentation.

Despite its growth, MBPS has never lost sight of its community roots. The team has created a welcoming alfresco forecourt outside the office — a space where locals can pause with a coffee, unwind on comfortable cushions, and enjoy lifestyle videos celebrating the beauty and spirit of Main Beach.

Under Annette’s dynamic leadership, the agency has earned a respected reputation built on genuine care. Her guiding belief — to do things the right way, not the easiest — shapes the culture within MBPS and is reflected in the loyalty of clients and the strength of the team. Together, they continue to deliver exceptional results while nurturing relationships that last well beyond a transaction.

MBPS’s dedication extends far beyond property.
