Luxury Philippines check-in With travel blogger Jodie Weeks

The Lind Boracay Resort,  Boracay Island can only be described as “Asia’s hidden gem, the perfect island paradise”.

I was very excited to visit one of the world’s best island getaways.  It’s an Asian island whee it’s affordable to eat and drink, and has an abundance of activities and nightlife with something to offer for everyone. The Lind Boracay can only be described as a Boracay’s newest and best kept secret. A luxury resort with a combination of coastal indulgence and fresh chic design. It’s the new kid on the block, as the resort only opened last year and it’s already set tongues wagging. The resort is located on prime beachfront in one of the most exclusive parts of White Beach’s Station 1, where the sunsets are colourful and known as one of the most photographed sunsets in the world.

Access to Boracay Island is actually easier than I thought. Most people fly directly into Caticlan airport as its the closest airport, I flew from Singapore to Kalibo airport, this flight is only 3 1/2 hours. On arrival I was met by the very welcoming Lind team. I then enjoyed a 1 1/2 hour drive through the little Filipino villages to get a sneak peak into the local culture.

The Lind resort offers personalised service with the signature luxe lifestyle. Lind’s own private jet boat from Caticlan jetty is less than 5 minutes to the island and within 15 minutes you are personally greeted by the resort Manager with a welcome drink and cold hand towel. I was incredibly impressed by the impeccable level of service, every one of the staff were warm and welcoming.

The resort offers 119 rooms with a selection of garden, sea, and beach views, garden with pool or Suites. Each of the rooms open up to expansive balconies, perfect for taking in the infamous Boracay sunset while sipping on a glass of wine.

Imagine yourself floating in Boracay’s best rooftop Infinity Pool, gazing down on a string of palm trees, powdery white sand and the most crystal clear aqua blue waters that rival the Maldives. You can hire a range of fun, colourful water inflatables for free. Giant swans, pineapples, unicorns and more… great for that perfect Insta pic!

If you’re looking for your next island paradise, you cannot go past Boracay Philippines and The Luxury Lind hotel. It’s paradise found!
