High demand for land on the Gold Coast continues with Riverina Estate at Carrara selling out stage two within months

High demand for land in the new Riverina Gold Coast Estate has resulted in a sell-out of all 66 house blocks in Stage Two since launching to the market in June.

This follows the quick sell-out of 26 lots in Stage One, bringing the total of 92 lots already sold in the 181-lot masterplan estate at Carrara in Central Gold Coast.

More opportunities will soon be offered in Stage Three and Four with the remaining 89 house lots featuring Riverina’s premium riverfront and lakefront addresses to hit the market, with prices ranging from $725,000 to $1.2million.

Riverina’s premium quality and prime location on the river in Central Gold Coast just 10 minutes to the beach, along with the current shortage of new housing land across the region, have generated significant demand with locals snapping up most of the estate’s available lots.
