Hiatus Beers Non Alc Lager

Founded in 2022, Hiatus Beers is all about Brewing crisp, fresh ingredients, full flavoured Non Alcoholic Beer.

After launching with Australia’s first Non Alc Pacific Ale which quickly found support with venues and beer drinkers alike, the crew at Hiatus Beers has been working hard to make their second release just as special.

Our Pacific Ale is fermented using a unique Non alc yeast that creates a delicious flavour profile to full strength Ale yeasts. This is a great yeast for any Pale Ales or IPAs, this yeast wouldn’t work for a Lager, so we had to find another way.

We decided on the deacoholisation method for our Premium Lager which is able to gently remove the alcohol from any classically made beer and leave behind the great flavour and refreshment that you expect from your favourite pint.
