A Gold Coast-first residents’ only wellness rooftop is set to rise 11-storeys above the Rainbow Bay Village, creating a lifestyle haven unlike anything seen before in high end design.

The jaw-dropping rooftop is the masterpiece of S&S Projects’ latest residential endeavour, ‘Esprit’, which will see the delivery of 97 light-filled apartments across two interconnected buildings with dual frontages to Boundary Street and Ward Street.

The centrepiece of the $130 million Esprit is its one of a kind rooftop wellness centre and recreational areas, to be known as ‘Club Esprit’, which S&S Director Paul Gedoun says will re-shape the way residents experience their new beachside home.

“We wanted to create a recreational space that went beyond functionality, we wanted an oasis catered to creating a sense of community among like-minded residents,” said Mr Gedoun.

“There is nothing in the same league of Club Esprit across the entire Gold Coast and we believe it will revolutionise the way our residents experience the beachside way of life.”

Club Esprit will elevate self-care and restoration to the forefront of the indulgent coastal lifestyle, spanning over 1,100m2 and encompassing every wellness and recreational amenity desirable to cultivate a daily routine immersed in serenity.

Fitness enthusiasts will relish in the exercise and recovery facilities on hand from the fully equipped gym and yoga lawn to the private remedial treatment room, ice bath, infrared sauna, and steam rooms, introducing residents to a level of physical and mental restoration typically reserved for sporting elite.

“Rainbow Bay’s natural amenity organically inspires an active lifestyle, whether it’s surfing the world class point breaks or traversing the beachside recreation paths, and so we wanted our residences to provide the necessary outlets to complement this,” said Mr Gedoun.

The facilities will include a 25-metre lap pool and poolside cabanas taking in the sweeping views in every direction across the world-famous Snapper Rocks and Rainbow Bay, the glinting city skyline and lush hinterland backdrop.

Esprit will include a children’s play lawn complete with modern play equipment and breakout recreational spaces that will leave no shortage of space or amenity to soak up the outdoors from your own elevated oasis.

An entertainer’s dream, Club Esprit will be home to a private dining room expertly designed with hosting in mind, private terraces, BBQ areas and an outdoor cinema, making for endless hours spent enjoying balmy summer nights.

Designed by Cottee Parker Architects, Esprit embraces a unique architectural offering imbued with calming touches to capture a beachside holiday feel.

“We wanted to evoke that feeling of a Queenslander by the beach, the generous interiors, deep balconies and nods to coastal design provide a relaxed sense of luxury,” said Sandra Browne, Director of Cottee Parker.

Esprit is a continuation of the company’s latest endeavours elevating the southern end of the Gold Coast which has seen the extraordinary sell-out of the $74 million Flow Residences, one of Australia’s best-selling beachfront projects, and the recent sell-out of Awaken Residences, which has smashed the sales front with a record penthouse sale price of $8.15 million.

S & S Projects has lodged a development application with Gold Coast for its third southern Gold Coast venture which will be marketed by Jayde Pezet of KMSM which was involved in Flow and Awaken.
