Gold Coast-First Residents’ Rooftop Wellness Club Green Lit for Rainbow Bay

Rainbow Bay will soon be home to a $130 million Gold Coast-first residential wellness retreat after local council gave the go ahead to S&S Project’s third instalment for the secluded beachside community.

Paul Gedoun’s ‘Esprit’ is set to revolutionise luxury beachfront living with the delivery of 93 light-filled apartments across two interconnected buildings crowned by the Gold Coast’s first ever residents’ only exclusive wellness centre on the rooftop.
