GDI Group Unveils Luxury Main Beach Apartments

Moments from the sandy shores of Main Beach, an uber contemporary tower is set to rise and take it to a new stunning benchmark in beachside living.

The award-winning company GDI Group, headed by long-time Gold Coast developer Dean Gallagher, has unveiled plans for an opulent 27-storey collection of masterfully crafted, high-end apartments beside the vibrant Tedder Avenue precinct.

“We believe our market will come predominantly from local and Brisbane downsizers and undoubtedly from interstate markets when the borders re-open.”

Drift is GDI Group’s latest residential venture and follows the success of its $55 million, 100-plus apartment Varsity Waters development at Varsity Lakes.
