The very first in the new wave of luxury apartments sweeping the Gold Coast has crossed the finish line with the exclusive reveal of Cru Collective’s just completed SIARN Palm Beach.
Cru Collective officially unveiled their $40 million SIARN project to reveal a spectacular spread of sixteen ultra-spacious sky homes that span 230sqm each, with no more than two apartments per floor.
“This a huge milestone for the Gold Coast, welcoming SIARN as the first completed structure to mark a new era in luxury coastal living,” said Cru Collective Managing Director Chris Bolger.

The momentous occasion was commemorated with a grand reveal event that boasted a 100+ guest list, with appearances by prestigious construction and development identities from across South East Queensland.
SIARN sold out the entirety of its stock in a matter of months as one of the premier developments to leverage off the property boom that ravished the Gold Coast in a post-pandemic cultural shift.
SIARN boasts a superior standard of design opulence that sits at the forefront of the high-end development blitz engulfing the coast, with a contemporary coastal-luxe design by award-winning architects BDA.
Residents will soon be free to relish in oversized balconies which accentuate the free-flowing design of interior spaces and enhance the uninterrupted views over the Pacific Ocean and Gold Coast skyline.

“We are immensely proud to have delivered a collection of truly spectacular residences that are the culmination of peak functionality, design and location, and we can’t wait to welcome our new residents into their dream homes,” said Mr Bolger.
The apartments will soon be occupied by a mix of successful business owners, semi-retired, socially active end-users and local downsizers looking for a beachfront lifestyle, with a portion of these buyers securing their apartments during the height of COVID-19 restrictions, including three achieved sight unseen.
Construction of the project was carried out by Cru Collective’s construction arm, Cru Construct, and begun back in August 2019.
Cru Collective Cru Collective is an award-winning developer with more than a decade of experience in residential and commercial property across southeast Queensland and is currently delivering a development pipeline totalling $150 million in projects.
