THE very first slice of cliff top opulence will soon be up for grabs when Pikos Property Group unveils an ultra-exclusive allocation of its highly anticipated $200 million Skye Apartments to the market.

A limited pre-release of 24 Skye Apartments overlooking Brisbane’s Kangaroo Point cliffs launched on July 31 in what is expected to be one of the city’s most sought after residential icons.

“We have already received in excess of 600 registrations of interest so we anticipate this first release will be an almost instantaneous sell-out,” said Grant Plummer, Director of Gap Development Sales, the company managing Skye’s sales.

“We were open for a week holding one on one private appointments before the SEQ lock down. We will continue our private viewings and sales campaign now that the lockdown has finished.”

Apartment prices will range from $2.55 million – $3.1million with a $9 million penthouse positioned on top. There will be only 24 apartments in the first release of residences up for grabs in the highly anticipated clifftop development.

A second release of coveted Sky residences will be launched to the market in the wake of the first release sell-out, timed to meet the city’s insatiable demand for high end living.

“We’re seeing a growing influx of affluent downsizers seeking luxurious residences that doesn’t compromise on location or amenity – and that’s precisely where Skye apartments emerges as the cream of the crop,” said Mr Plummer.

“Skye is certainly going to be one of the enduring and iconic residences Brisbane as ever seen and the registrations validate that view. There really is nothing to compare it to.”

Set atop the cliffs of Kangaroo Point, every apartment from floor to penthouse boasts extraordinary views of the Brisbane city skyline and river.

“These residences will be set on what is one of the most iconic Brisbane locations, with a sophisticated design that maximises the vantage point from every room,” said Mr Plummer.

Skye will be home to one of the most extravagant rooftops the city has seen, with a 1,000sqm sky deck, rooftop infinity pool, and pool cabanas, all of which gaze across unobstructed views of the Brisbane river and glittering skyline.

The opulent rooftop will also create a landmark restaurant for Brisbane, providing high-end casual dining in a breathtaking sky-high venue inspired by Singapore’s famed Marina Bay Sands.

“The rooftop alone is a phenomenal design feat which is set to become a skyline defining addition to the Brisbane cityscape,” said Pikos Property Group Founder Pedro Pikos.

Once complete, Skye by Pikos will encompass apartments across three towers, including three expansive 2-storey penthouses, each designed to capture natural lighting and calming breezes through its lavish layout.

Pikos Property Group is simultaneously gearing up to deliver a $350 million Kangaroo Point development at Lambert Street after receiving council approval earlier this year for the three-tower project.

Established in 1989 by prolific property identity Pedro Pikos, Pikos Property group has gone on to amass a current workbook value in excess of $1.2 billion, positioning itself as one of Queensland’s most high regarded developers.
