1. How long you been modelling for and where were you scouted?
I was scouted at harbour town shopping centre and since then I have been modelling for nearly a year.

2. Where are you from and your background?
I was born locally on the Gold Coast and have grown up here in Australia, however my family has a strong Finnish background. Growing up I experienced different snippets of a Finnish culture through the language and food.

3. Favourite thing about your home city?
My favourite thing about the Gold Coast is the community. After travelling around Australia I am always missing home and the people who make it, whether it be the locals at the shopping centre who I have grown up running into or the people who say hello during a walk. Gold Coast is a beautiful place but the community is so kind and welcoming.

4. What your favourite go-to exercises for working out?
My go-to exercises have always been walking and Pilates, I’ve never been the type of person to do weight lifting in the gym, however walking has been an outlet for me to take time for myself while also moving my body. Pilates is another favourite because it’s a way to stay fit while also spending time with friends.

5. Favourite go-to healthy meal?
My favourite go to healthy meal is a stir-fry, it’s quick and easy to make but it’s also delicious. I use chicken, broccoli, zucchini, green beans and noodles and top it off with soy sauce.

6. Healthy morning ritual that you follow to start your day on a positive note?
A healthy morning ritual i follow to start my day on a positive note is hydration, matcha, breakfast and sunlight. In the morning taking the time to slow down, drink water, make an at home matcha, have breakfast and soak up some sun always helps me to start my day with a positive attitude as I’m not rushing into the day, instead I’m able to take time and do little things that make me happy.

7. What do you love about modelling?
Somethings i love about modelling is the diversity and opportunity. The opportunity to travel, try new things and play different characters at every shoot excites me. And the diversity of jobs and people that you meet along the way is so fun. I have made so many beautiful connections people who i have worked with and it’s one of the best parts of the job.

8. What has been your favourite jobs
My favourite jobs are always campaign or location shoots, I just find that the crew and atmosphere is different when we are all out and about shooting in different places. One that stands out was my first ever campaign with thrills, it was at Fingal Heads and the view of the beach at sunset was stunning to work with.

9. You have worked internationally – what has bene your favourite place to travel for work?
I am yet to work internationally, however I always enjoy shooting in Sydney or Melbourne.

10. Tips for any upcoming models?
My tips for any upcoming models is to always have patience and confidence in yourself. Having patience with your work and understanding that good things sometimes take time. As well being confident in yourself and not comparing yourself to any others in the industry, because everyone’s timeline and journey looks different. Having confidence in yourself will help you take opportunities that come.
