Earlier this year we put AI on the cover and asked a simple question: what can it do, and where can it mislead us? That cover started the right argument. This issue is the follow‑through.

We’re publishing an interview we recorded late last year with a Silicon Valley insider. Back then, his predictions felt close: more natural voice, smarter “helpers,” creative tools that jump from storyboard to screen. Nine months on, some of it is everyday life. Some of it already has a Version 2. In a few places, the December view is out of date because the next update landed.
This isn’t a hype reel. It’s a speed check. Voice is becoming a normal interface. Helpful “agents” are leaving the lab. Creative tools are faster and easier to steer. Provenance — proof of how an image or video was made — matters more than a clever caption. The hard part now isn’t prediction. It’s careful, human‑first integration.
We have followed our interview with a stark warning from Mo Gawdat, the former Chief Business Officer at Google X, posing serious concerns around the future of Humanity and if he is right, we are heading into a storm unlike anything civilisation has faced before.

Take a close look at what has changed since our interview with the Silicon Insider, what is already here, what is landing now and what is still emerging in the world of AI. As I have said to anyone who is willing to listen the Genie is out of the bottle and there is no putting it back. We are all in for a wild ride, so hang on !!!!
