IT’S fair to say Our Summer 2022 Cover Girl Bianca Dye has been there and done that in the world of Australian radio. Life has come full circle for Bianca, who has found herself back on the Gold Coast heading up the city’s number one breakfast radio show on Sea FM. The recent rebranding of Hit 90.9 FM back to the trusted Sea FM brand shows that sometimes the original is the best. Just like Bianca.

Bianca and I have known each other for a long time, stretching back to my original career in photography working for The Sunday Mail, turning up to cover every event in town. Bianca was always up for a photo and was a pleasure to deal with. She cracked me up when we caught up to organise our cover story when she pulled out a very old photo of us both wearing the worst sunglasses in the world. Scary stuff.

After what seems a lifetime, Bianca is finally back on the Gold Coast airwaves following a three-year stint at KISS FM in Brisbane. Her career has included gigs with NOVA in Sydney and Gold FM on the Gold Coast and a variety of drive and breakfast shows. Having worked with the likes of Merrick & Rosso and won National Radio Awards, there is not much she hasn’t achieved during her stunning career. It’s great to have you back on the GC Bianca!!!!
