Internationally acclaimed and award-winning landscape designer,  TV host and author, Jamie Durie, brings his signature blend of sustainability and serenity to Nera Residences

In a fusion of natural beauty and architectural sophistication, Gold Coast developer Bastion has joined forces with internationally acclaimed landscape designers and television personality Jamie Durie to create the Zen Garden at Nera Residences – a lush, private sanctuary in the heart of Chevron Island.

Jamie will also lead the landscape design for the building and its boutique residences, thoughtfully incorporating planters, elevated green terraces, and cascading foliage to create a tranquil environment that infuses nature into every corner of Nera.

The boutique residences are strategically positioned along Burra Street, flowing seamlessly into the Zen Garden, offering residents direct access to Nera’s tranquil oasis.

Joining the Bastion team is also Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin, who brings his signature touch and culinary creativity to the design of the private dining room, exclusively available to all residents. Meanwhile, the interiors, crafted by Issa Shnoudi and his company Paradigm Design Studio, reflect a seamless fusion of elegance and functionality, enhancing every aspect of elite living.
