Leaders and changemakers explored how culture shapes health and wellbeing

The Robina Alliance Corporate Breakfast was held on Friday, 10 October 2025, in the Anna Rose Room at Robina TAFE, bringing together business leaders, educators, and community members for an inspiring morning of conversation and connection. Themed “How Does Culture Influence Health and Wellbeing?”, the event encouraged guests to reflect on the powerful ways that workplace culture, diversity, and inclusion impact both personal and professional fulfilment.

Attendees were treated to insightful keynote presentations from two highly regarded speakers — Paralympic Gold Medallist, author, and disability inclusion advocate Matt Levy OAM, and Dr Libby Sander, Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour and MBA Director at Bond University. Both shared compelling perspectives on resilience, leadership, and the importance of creating environments that nurture both performance and wellbeing. Their stories resonated deeply with guests, sparking meaningful conversations throughout the morning.

Held against the modern backdrop of Robina TAFE’s Level 4 Anna Rose Room, the breakfast provided a welcoming space for collaboration and community spirit. Guests enjoyed a morning of networking over coffee and breakfast, with many leaving inspired to implement positive cultural change within their own organisations. The Robina Alliance once again proved its commitment to fostering dialogue and leadership across the Gold Coast business community.
