WITH the tide still rising on Australia’s most sought-after lifestyle destination, Gold Coast developer Cru Collective is continuing to ride the surge of luxury apartment demand.

Following the sell-out of its $40 million Siarn Palm Beach North apartment project prior to completion, it has secured a stunning beachfront site at Kirra for its next development.

Spectacularly positioned at the gateway to one of Australia’s most famous strips of sand and surf, the 635sq m  site was acquired with an existing development approval in place for 14 boutique full-floor luxury residences.

Cru Collective is currently working with its design team to refine the existing plans with a view to launching the new project to the market mid-2021 and construction commencing early 2022.

“We were attracted to the site’s uniqueness and iconic location, being the northern point, and entry statement to Gold Coast’s most famous beach – Kirra,” said Cru Collective Managing Director Chris Bolger.

“And through our highly successful sales process for Siarn Palm Beach North, we have been able to take on board the feedback from the sophisticated, luxury apartment buyers to ensure all of their needs and more will be catered for in this new Kirra project.”

Signage went up on the site at 2 Musgrave St only two weeks ago but already Cru Collective has been swamped with enquiry.

“We expect strong local and national interest in the project, given continued the influx of high-end purchasers to the Gold Coast from all over the country,” said Mr Bolger.

He said there had been a significant increase in the level of inquiry, especially from interstate and overseas buyers, through the second half of last year and that momentum was continuing to build this year.

“While location is critical, the product is key to these savvy buyers and we work closely with our consultants to ensure our projects are second to none,” said Mr Bolger.

The newly acquired Kirra site is on the northern apex of Musgrave and Winston streets.

It boasts more than 30m of north-facing ocean frontage, enabling unrivalled living space functionality and sweeping, unobstructed views stretching from Rainbow Bay to Stradbroke Island that can never built out.

Cru Collective is an award-winning developer with more than a decade of experience in residential and commercial property across southeast Queensland and is currently delivering a development pipeline totalling $150 million in projects.

The company’s highly successful Siarn Palm Beach North luxury project is nearing completion and has set a new standard for apartment living in the thriving beachside precinct on the southern Gold Coast.

It comprised spacious three-bedroom apartments, each with ensuited bathrooms , powder room for guests and oversized balconies to accentuate their free-flowing design and enhance the uninterrupted ocean views.

Designed by award-winning architects BDA — drawing inspiration from the idyllic Palm Beach surrounds — its luxury residences were rushed by sophisticated lifestyle buyers and owner-occupiers.

Its appeal was strengthened by its prime beachside location, spacious design footprint of two apartments per floor, creating sky homes that spanned 230sq m each, and expansive residents-only recreational podium featuring oceanfront pool, fitness centre, private outdoor shower and sauna.
