Enjoy the rich aromas of authentic Italian cuisine at Citrique’s award-winning flavour buffet.

Friday and Saturday dinner from 5.30pm, Saturday and Sunday lunch from 12noon.

Italian favourites include carpaccio, mushroom arancini and seafood lasagne, while ocean treasures include Pacific oysters, Mooloolaba tiger prawns, blue swimmer crabs, and Moreton Bay bugs. Land lovers enjoy a wonderful choice of artisan antipasto, succulent roasts, Asian inspired dishes, wood-fired pizza and European classics. In addition, a variety of fresh foods and flavours including locally harvested seafood for the ultimate sea to table experience.

To finish, indulge in a fantasy array of artful desserts including tiramisu, panna cotta and cannoli created by our pastry team.
