Aecore has received the nod from local council to deliver its second Chevron Island project in three years, following the sell-out success of the developer’s Chevron Island debut project, Allure just months earlier.

The $90 million ‘Nina’ will soon rise at 8-10 Parneno Street, just around the corner form the under-construction Allure, and comprise 78 apartments over 23 storeys, including a selection of six premium skyhomes and two multi-level penthouses that offer unparalleled views east to the Pacific Ocean and west to the Gold Coast Hinterland.

Council approval paves the way for the developer to continue riding the wave of demand that has surged across the island in recent years.

“We are extremely happy to have council approval behind us, as we now look to the next phase of delivering our signature dose of luxury to Chevron Island,” said Aecore Project Director Roy Skaf.

“Nina offers us the opportunity to build on the success we witnessed in Allure, while bringing a newer, differentiated product to a marketplace of buyers eager to call Chevron Island home.

“This pocket of the Gold Coast has a unique character than you can’t replicate elsewhere – its exclusive, its vibrant and its quickly becoming one of the most sought after residential enclaves on the coast.”

Aecore has claimed Chevron Island as its own as the island suburb undergoes its own transformation driven by the emergence of the Home of the Arts (HOTA) precinct and retention of the quintessential village charm.

The residential collection will be elevated by six exclusive skyhomes offering 233sqm of living space, comprising three bedrooms, a media room and four bathrooms, as well as two large balconies.

Nina will be topped by two double-storey penthouses offering expansive three-bedroom living, with each complemented by their own private terrace and plunge pool.

On the ground floor residents will have access to a secure bike storage area at the building’s entry, while a mezzanine level above the ground floor will host a wellness centre to include a yoga deck, a large gym, sauna and shower facilities, all nestled in lush landscaping.

Plus Architecture has been engaged to deliver the tower’s distinctive curvature and detailing which was meticulously designed to capture the coastal essence of ‘barefoot luxury’.

Gold Coast-based Eastview Australia, a company involved in the delivery of some of the Gold Coast’s biggest projects, has been appointed as project manager to oversee construction of Nina.

Nina is the third Gold Coast development to be undertaken by Aecore, which is currently progressing plans for Ocean House Palm Beach, an ultra-luxurious whole-floor apartment project over eight levels.
