Coconut Kiwi Cooler
Ingredients
- 45mL Mac. By Brookie’s
- 45mL Coconut Milk
- 2 Kiwis
- 2 Dashes of Chocolate Bitters
Method
- Blend all ingredient with ice
- Serve in a glass jar and garnish with a Kiwi Slice and Edible Flower
Spiked Hot Choc
Ingredients
- 30mL Mac. By Brookie’s
- 15mL Spiced Rum
- 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
- 4 Teaspoons of Social Alchemy
- Hot Chocolate Powder
- 150mL Macadamia Milk
Method
- Heat milk and stir through chocolate powder to dissolve
- Add all remaining ingredients and stir
- Serve in a ceramic mug
Brookie’s Byron Negroni
Ingredients
- 15mL Brookie’s Dry Gin
- 15mL Brookie’s Slow Gin
- 30mL Bitter Orange Aperitif
- 30mL Sweet Vermouth
- 2-3 Dashes Kumquat Bitters (optional)
Method
- Stir over ice and strain into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass
- Garnish with Dried Kumquats
