Passionate about nature, environment, organic and biodynamics produce and wine! Raised in the hospitality industry assisting family run restaurants and cafes. Formally educated with a Degree in Hospitality Management UQ (Gatton College), Masters of Administration (HRM) Griffith University, Certificate IV in Adult and Vocational Training, WSET 3 Certified. Peter managed and owned many restaurants with eventually owning two award winning restaurants on the Gold Coast.
