Media were invited to experience a progressive lunch at Australia Fair Metro, a precinct quickly gaining a reputation as a hub for affordable, quality dining on the Gold Coast. Our culinary journey began at Haeduri Chicken, where we were greeted with plates of their signature Korean fried chicken—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of bold flavours that set the tone for the afternoon.

From there, we strolled over to Yuyin Chinese Cuisine for the main course. The menu showcased authentic dishes that celebrated traditional flavours with a modern twist. Each plate was generous, vibrant, and full of depth—perfect for sharing and sampling across the table. It was the kind of lunch that lingered, with conversation as plentiful as the dishes themselves.

To finish, we made our way to Kubo’s Bar & Grill for sweets and drinks. The Filipino-inspired desserts were the perfect finale—rich, playful, and paired beautifully with refreshing cocktails that rounded out the experience. With venues like these, Australia Fair Metro and Australia Fair are redefining casual dining, offering locals and visitors alike an array of well-priced, flavour-packed options in one central location.
