The highly anticipated Amore Ristorante, located within the stylish TRYP by Wyndham Southport Gold Coast, will officially open its doors to the public on Thursday, November 21st, at midday.

A celebration of authentic Italian cuisine, Amore Ristorante is set to offer an unforgettable dining experience, featuring one of the Gold Coast’s largest authentic pizza ovens imported directly from Italy.

Nestled in the heart of Southport, Amore Ristorante invites guests to relax, unwind, and indulge in a sophisticated, contemporary setting, ideal for both casual dining and special occasions. Whether you’re sipping a handcrafted cocktail or enjoying a meal from the specially curated menu, Amore provides the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the stunning Gold Coast.

Amore Ristorante offers an extensive menu showcasing Italy’s finest dishes, with ingredients sourced from local farmers and the best international suppliers. Guests can expect:

• Antipasti & Primi: Including Oysters with house dressings from Tweed River, Venetian scallops, and crab mousse stuffed blossoms, and Byron Bay Cheese Burrata.

• Pasta Selection: House-made pastas with options such as Wagyu Beef Bolognese, Fresh Crab and Ballina Pipis, and Pumpkin Tortellini.

• Secondi: Featuring Mahi Mahi with agrodolce, BBQ XL Bay Lobster, and fresh local wild-caught seafood.

• Dividere: A selection of hearty main courses including Whole Boneless Chicken with lemon cashew cream and tender Whole Dorper Lamb Shoulder.

• Dulce: Delectable desserts such as Chocolate Cannoli, Tiramisu with Lavazza coffee, and Bombe Alaska.

In addition to the delicious food, guests can unwind with expertly crafted cocktails by Amore’s talented mixologists, as well as a carefully curated wine list that highlights Italy’s renowned vineyards alongside local favourites.
